I was browsing the web for a dependable service when I found Banning Hills Appliance Repair. These guys were awesome. They've got this whole water heater repair thing down. Living in Banning, CA, you kind of want things to work smoothly, right? Anyway, I called them, and they were at my place faster than I expected. Super friendly, no nonsense. The technician knew his stuff - sorted my water heater issues in no time. Turns out, it was a small part that needed replacing. Didn’t try to sell me on extra stuff, which I really appreciate. It's hard to find service like this where you feel they actually care and aren't just trying to empty your wallet. What's cool is they weren’t just about getting it done and leaving. He explained what went wrong in simple terms. So now, I’m not just crossing my fingers and hoping for the best. Even gave me some tips to keep it running well. Happy to finally have hot water back, especially with winter lurking. If anyone around here needs water heater repair, I'd definitely recommend them in a heartbeat. They’ll treat you right.
